Anxiety Institute is an innovative behavioral health company founded to help children, teens, and adults recover from debilitating OCD, anxiety, and related disorders.
The company is advancing a clinical approach that utilizes exposure therapy in an outpatient setting and achieves significant clinical outcomes.
Candidate Requirements:
This position requires a personable, articulate, and highly skilled CBT clinician who is both empathetic and goal oriented.
Our contracted clinicians are responsible for providing up to 8-12 sessions of direct client treatment per week, developing treatment plans, collaborating with peers, and interfacing with families to facilitate recovery for our clients. Candidates must be licensed (or in-process of obtaining licensure) in New Jersey, New York, District of Columbia, Maryland, and/or Virginia.
Specialized ERP Training and Supervision:
Anxiety Institute trains all its clinicians in a state-of-the-art Exposure and Response Prevention therapy (ERP) model, which utilizes evidence-based cognitive science and learning theory.
Our trainings include:
- 40+ hour formal training program cultivated by our top-tier clinical specialists
- 10+ hours/year key topic training provided to all clinicians
- Monthly supervision from your direct manager with interim supported as needed
- Access to a medical director or advisor for questions on medication or psychiatric advice on clinical cases
Compensation:
Supplement your income or work part-time.
$135-175 per hour (average $160/hour) dependent on client rate
