Jessica Weinberg Esq.

Co-Founding Partner

Jessica Weinberg is an attorney and mediator with over 25 years of experience, specializing in special education advocacy. Her passion for supporting children with disabilities began early when she learned sign language to help a socially isolated friend. Jessica’s advocacy career started after aiding a family member with the special education process, leading her to volunteer with Advocates for Children of New Jersey.

Her experience includes working at a law firm representing school districts and serving as a special education mediator for the New Jersey Department of Education, where she successfully resolved over 1,000 mediations. Jessica co-founded a company focused on enhancing student outcomes through legal training workshops and continues to serve as an IEP Facilitator and mediator in various educational settings.

Jessica’s unique background allows her to effectively advocate for students, blending legal expertise, compassion, and creativity. She strives to resolve disputes amicably and also champions students facing bullying or disciplinary issues, presenting regularly on these topics.
