Ashley Ahlers, Licensed Professional Counselor, joins Anxiety Institute from Eating Recovery Center in Denver, where she worked with adolescents facing pervasive anxiety and eating disorders. With experience in inpatient, residential, and partial hospitalization settings, Ashley’s expertise lies in acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT).
Ashley is passionate about strengthening the mind-body connection and integrates mindfulness practices into her therapeutic approach. She believes each individual has unique strengths and values that provide a solid foundation for fostering personal growth and lasting transformation. In her spare time, Ashley enjoys reading, hiking, yoga, and spending time with her pup, Harper.
