Her Inspiration:

As a teenager, I struggled with issues I didn’t recognize as anxiety. After beginning my career in mental health, I realized that anxiety was at the root of many of my issues. This understanding led me to embark on my own therapy journey. Although challenging, it ultimately transformed my life for the better. This personal improvement fueled my desire to help others navigate difficult times. I am inspired to contribute to positive change in the lives of adolescents and young adults.
