He earned his Bachelor’s degree from Florida Atlantic University and his Master’s degree from Palm Beach Atlantic University in Mental Health Counseling. He has extensive experience with group therapy and is a certified hypnotherapist. Loy has also served for several years on the Board of Directors for the non-profit Hanley Foundation, which focuses on the treatment and prevention of substance abuse in schools and communities.
In co-running a children's charity for fifteen years, I have seen the first-hand effects of anxiety on adolescents and their families, from post-traumatic stress after hurricanes to coping with life’s difficult challenges. Through these shared experiences, I bring hope, humor, honesty, curiosity, and kindness into my therapeutic relationships.
