Nicole Gingerelli, LSW, is a Staff Clinician at Anxiety Institute. She earned her Master of Social Work degree from Montclair State University and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Childhood Studies from Stockton University. Nicole has volunteered with Hoops 4 All and South Jersey Field of Dreams, organizations that support individuals with physical and mental disabilities through team sports.

Nicole provides evidence-based treatment utilizing exposure response prevention (ERP) and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to adolescents and young adults struggling with anxiety and related disorders. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends. Nicole also practices photography as a reflective tool, a skill she feels enhances her abilities as a clinician.

Her Inspiration:

After being diagnosed with anxiety and depression during COVID-19, therapy helped me through an incredibly difficult time. Now, I’m inspired to support adolescents and young adults, just as my therapist supported me, guiding them through life’s challenges.
