Anxiety Institute serves clients in the Palm Beach County, FL area with comprehensive, compassionate and intensive anxiety treatment for adolescents and young adults. While most anxiety treatment programs are one-size-fits-all, we focus solely on treating clients ages 13 through 25 who struggle with moderate to severe OCD, anxiety, and anxiety-related disorders.
Conveniently located between the Florida Turnpike and I-95, our office at 2300 Glades Road hosts convenient parking and proximity to retail locations including the Town Center.
Anxiety and OCD Program for 13-25-Year-Olds: Navigate the challenges of OCD and anxiety with our immersive day program for ages 13-25.
Individualized CBT sessions, exposure coaching, and shared group experiences are facilitated by licensed specialists. Integrative wellness activities like yoga, art, and mindfulness foster healing and recovery. Together with parents, we cultivate skills and understanding to reshape family dynamics and foster sustained client recovery. Our concentrated intensive outpatient program occurs Monday through Friday, over a 6-12 week time frame, depending on severity of symptoms. Each day consists of four hours of targeted individual and group work.
