In her spare time, Keeleigh enjoys practicing and teaching yoga, reading, cooking, and spending time in the woods.

Her Inspiration:

I am deeply inspired by my work with adolescents and young adults as they build their sense of self, develop resilience, and aspire to the life they imagine. Having witnessed firsthand the effectiveness of ERP-based interventions, I look forward to working with clients and families as they challenge themselves to alter old patterns, beliefs, and behaviors.
