Our Programs

Intensive Day Program
Holistic, Evidence-Based Approach for Ages 13-25 addressing OCD, anxiety, and related disorders, our intensive program offers daily individual therapy and exposure coaching sessions utilizing CBT.

Our exposure coaches help desensitize anxiety reactions, both on and off-site. Engage in daily group therapy with supportive peers and benefit from our Wellness Program’s diverse offerings like yoga, art, and music. Parents are essential, and we empower them with coaching and education for lasting recovery.

Our concentrated intensive outpatient program occurs Monday through Friday, over a 6-12 week time frame, depending on severity of symptoms. Each day consists of four hours of targeted individual and group work.

Tailored one-on-one therapy for anxiety and OCD sufferers, led by specialists trained in leading edge protocols.

We employ a multi-faceted approach rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as well as alternative therapeutic modalities to address your anxiety and OCD challenges. Our state-of-the-art technology supports your treatment plan, featuring bio-feedback mechanisms, immersive virtual reality experiences, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy.

Parent Coaching Services
Anxiety Institute provides a customized coaching service that empowers you to help your anxious child build resilience and self-assurance.

Our approach shifts your focus from mere accommodation of your child’s anxiety to a proactive strategy built on effective support. Learn to dismantle cycles of accommodation and avoidance while enhancing family relations. Our techniques are grounded in the clinically-approved SPACE treatment model from The Yale Child Study Center, and offer tailored solutions for your family’s unique needs.
