Molly Angert comes to Anxiety Institute from Kerzner Associates, a multi-disciplinary mental health services practice in Foxboro, MA. Her clinical expertise includes solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and narrative therapy (NT) with a young adult population. She employs collaborative, person-centered, and trauma-informed therapeutic approaches in her treatment of individuals and groups. Molly also emphasizes the interconnection of relationships within the family system to address all aspects of her client’s needs. By addressing individual challenges within the context of family dynamics, Molly supports enduring positive change for clients and families.
In her spare time, Molly enjoys swimming and other water activities. Movement through water awakens Molly’s meditative soul and reinforces her mind-body connection. Molly is grateful to be able to share clinically proven mindfulness techniques to reduce anxiety with her clients.
Her Inspiration:
Working with clients struggling with OCD and anxiety-related disorders, I am continually impressed by their unwavering commitment to confront their challenges, especially given anxiety’s compelling pull in the opposite direction. In my work, I strive to create a secure, non-judgmental, and inquisitive atmosphere where my clients and I can embark on a mutual journey of growth and discovery.
