Her Inspiration:
“Dance/movement therapy awakens our Bodies through the senses, helps us unlock the gates of the Mind, and frees our Spirit to dance with joy.” ~ Susan Loman
The healing power of movement is inclusive, communicating through everyone’s very first language: movement. Moving together lets us say, “I see you. I hear you and I accept you just as you are.” This acceptance becomes the basis of healing and transformation. The more we move and connect with the wisdom of our body, the more we understand ourselves.
