Kaitlin Bierce continues her career at Anxiety Institute after receiving her Master’s in Education from the University of Pennsylvania’s Graduate School of Education in the School and Mental Health Counseling Program. After completing a successful internship at Anxiety Institute, Katilin continues to enhance her therapeutic skills. She specializes in cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, as well as strengths-based approaches (such as solution-focused brief therapy), as dictated by the needs of the client.
Kaitlin is currently eligible for and awaiting her certification as a Licensed Professional Counselor.
Her Inspiration:
As a student-athlete in high school and college, I experienced significant stress and anxiety in the classroom and during athletic competitions. I recognize now how significantly anxiety impacted my performance and my life, particularly as a college athlete. I am passionate about instilling hope in those who face the same challenge.
