Betsie Bergman joins the Anxiety Institute with more than fifteen years of experience in direct client care and clinical leadership. She has worked in a variety of settings from private practice, to specialized clinics (the SEED Center, Stamford, CT), and as Team Leader in the Intensive Outpatient Program at St. Vincent’s Hospital. Betsie specializes in working with pre-teens through young adults struggling with anxiety disorders, depression, specific phobias, and school avoidance. She also has a passion for working with high-functioning teens on the Autism Spectrum with co-occurring anxiety disorders.
