Her Inspiration:

I was diagnosed with an anxiety disorder as an adolescent and hid parts of myself away from others. Through focused, evidence-based therapy, I learned to challenge my thoughts and feelings and not let anxiety define me. I now embrace the role of guiding teens and young adults along this same life-transforming path.
