Jennifer Pimentel began her career in clinical work, providing counseling and social services to individuals and families across a range of settings. Drawing on her hands-on experience, she transitioned into operations to help ensure high-quality, client-centered care. Jennifer has been with Anxiety Institute for four years, where she supports new client and employee onboarding, contributes to the development of streamlined process flows, and plays a key role in managing clinical and operational technology across the company.

She also supports quality assurance initiatives through parent interviews and helps ensure licensing compliance by facilitating and completing audits. Jennifer remains dedicated to improving operational efficiency, enhancing client satisfaction, and fostering a collaborative work environment.

 

Her Inspiration:

I know how devastating it can be to have a family member struggle with mental health challenges; as a young college student, I had to advocate and find quality treatment for my sibling. This experience and my own bouts with anxiety and depression make me passionate about helping others obtain the education and treatment they need to move forward with their lives.
