Lauren Valente has over eight years’ experience in supporting children and adolescents through behavioral and academic challenges. Lauren has worked as a Behavioral Health Professional at Connections for Kids, specializing in therapeutic and educational interventions for children and their families. Lauren has also worked as the Operations Manager at the Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD), facilitating parents with the enrollment of their children into the program and assisting them with financial aid. Lauren’s background and interests motivated her to continue her work in the mental healthcare field with Anxiety Institute.
Her Inspiration:
I personally struggled with bouts of anxiety and depression in childhood, which has motivated me to help clients and families identify and receive the care they need. I find fulfillment in assisting families to better understand and meet the financial challenges of seeking treatment.
