Robin Liscinsky, LPCA, ATR-P

Staff Clinician

BA, Saint Thomas Aquinas College // MA, Albertus Magnus College

Robin Liscinsky completed her art therapy training with Anxiety Institute before joining our clinical team, gaining firsthand experience supporting adolescents and families within our program. Robin also completed an internship at Benhaven Career & Transition Services, where she drew on her art therapy training to help young adults build confidence, explore their identities, and express themselves through creativity.

Robin brings a compassionate, nurturing, and creative approach to her work with clients, drawing from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), exposure and response prevention (ERP), and art therapy to meet each person where they are. She believes therapy is not one-size-fits-all and strives to create a space where clients feel safe, understood, and comfortable being themselves. She is also passionate about continuing to grow her understanding of trauma-informed care and approaches to supporting executive functioning.

Outside of her work, Robin enjoys baking, gardening, and making art—activities that help her slow down, stay grounded, and reconnect with herself. She also enjoys spending time at home with her two cats, Cricket and Napoleon, who bring plenty of comfort, companionship, and silliness to her everyday life.

Her Inspiration:

Knowing firsthand how intimidating, overwhelming, or lonely the world can feel when managing social anxiety has deeply shaped my perspective. Art provided me with a constant, safe space for self-reflection and healing throughout my own journey. I learned how to overcome challenges with social anxiety while continuing to navigate and manage it today. These experiences have shaped the way I show up for others and strengthened my belief that creativity can offer a meaningful path toward self-expression, connection, and healing.
