Sarah D’Alessio specializes in treating adolescents and young adults with anxiety and related disorders. She brings focused clinical expertise to clients experiencing anxiety, OCD, depression, school refusal, and adjustment challenges. Sarah has extensive experience providing counseling and social-emotional learning support in both school and community settings, including Mercer Street Friends and Urban Promise in Trenton, NJ, and the Community Health Center in Paterson, NJ.

Sarah is passionate about helping clients face life’s challenges by drawing on their values and strengths. She creates a safe, compassionate space where clients feel heard and understood, and supports them in taking meaningful steps toward the life they want to live.

I know through first-hand experience the power of a relational, strengths-based approach when coupled with evidenced based clinical strategies in the treatment of anxiety. That’s why I take great joy in forging strong partnerships with my clients and inspiring them to do the hard work so critical to their clinical success.
