Sierra Dorr joins Anxiety Institute with experience in both residential and school-based settings, where she provided intensive treatment for adolescents and young adults. She has specialized training in attachment-based family therapy (ABFT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), with a focus on treating anxiety, depression, PTSD, and mood disorders. Sierra emphasizes a collaborative, relationship-centered approach that supports both clients and families. By tailoring treatment to each individual’s goals and cultural background, she fosters lasting meaningful change and equips clients with the skills to thrive.
Outside of work, Sierra enjoys running and attending sporting events, embracing movement as a key part of mental and physical well-being.
