Alexia Arseniu is a Master of Social Work candidate at Montclair State University with experience facilitating support groups and coordinating community resources for children and young adults. She employs a strengths-based approach in her work, guiding participants to build on their existing skills while developing coping strategies to better navigate their emotions. Alexia has worked closely with schools to foster partnerships and advocate for mental health education for students of all ages. She approaches her work with empathy, curiosity, and dedication, meeting clients where they are to help them feel seen and supported.

In her spare time, Alexia enjoys artistic expression as a form of self-care and a way to recharge. She also loves spending time outdoors and picnicking, activities that help her stay grounded, present, and mindful.

Her Inspiration:

My experiences supporting children and young adults through grief have deepened my commitment to advocating for their well-being. Witnessing their resilience and strength in connection has affirmed the power of meaningful support, motivating me to help youth understand their emotions as they grow both as individuals and within their communities.
