Dr. Andrew Barile brings deep clinical expertise to his role as Clinical Supervisor at Anxiety Institute. He has supported adolescents across public and private schools, school-based behavioral health programs, and a pediatric psychiatric hospital. Andrew specializes in treating anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and trauma-related conditions using cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), and other compassion-focused approaches. He also conducts comprehensive neuropsychological testing upon request to assist clinicians and parents in understanding how a young person thinks, learns, focuses, and manages their emotions—insights that can inform personalized treatment and academic planning.
Andrew is committed to fostering clinical excellence by guiding clinicians to collaborate closely with families and apply individualized, evidence-based approaches that support lasting progress and overall wellbeing.
His Inspiration:
I am inspired by my clients’ courage as they tackle their fear daily. I believe that people should not be defined by their anxiety, but by their response to it. My clients understand that in facing their fear, the only way around it is through it.
