Anya Nathanson-Tell specializes in the treatment of adolescents having received clinical training in cognitive and dialectical behavioral therapy (CBT/DBT). With clinical and supervisory experience across partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and outpatient settings, she specializes in care for individuals facing anxiety and co-occurring disorders.

Anya combines motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, and dialectical behavior therapy with a strengths-based, person-centered approach to foster meaningful change and empower clients. Outside of work, she enjoys snowboarding, Pilates, and evening walks, embracing movement as a vital part of mental and physical well-being.

I am inspired by the resilience that teens and young adults demonstrate daily. I work collaboratively with clients to foster insight and enable positive change. In turn, clients feel supported, challenged, and empowered to transform their own lives.
