Caroline Telesz is excited to join the Anxiety Institute team, bringing experience from school-based settings where she worked with adolescents managing OCD, anxiety, and mood disorders. She takes a collaborative, client-first approach and uses evidence-based methods, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), exposure response prevention (ERP), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), to support both clients and their families. Caroline approaches each client with a holistic, contextually aware lens, focusing on individual growth while recognizing and building on strengths.
Outside of work, Caroline enjoys long walks outdoors, which allow her to practice mindfulness, stay present, and cultivate the same sense of gratitude and awareness she encourages in her clients.
Her Inspiration:
As my academic training progressed, I developed a strong interest in pediatric mental health. I am motivated by the resilience of each client and aim to help young people build competence, confidence, and positive well-being as they move through life’s challenges.
