Jenna Meyers brings extensive clinical experience to Anxiety Institute, having supported teens and young adults with OCD, anxiety and anxiety-related disorders in leading residential and outpatient programs across the DC-Maryland-Virgina area. Her approach draws on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), exposure response prevention (ERP), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), allowing her to tailor customized treatment plans for each client’s unique needs.
In her free time, Jenna enjoys being with her family and her pets. Her interests—ranging from video games and houseplants to cooking—offer meaningful opportunities to slow down and practice mindfulness, a value she brings into both her personal life and clinical work at Anxiety Institute.
Her Inspiration:
My own experience with OCD and anxiety first inspired me to help others facing similar challenges. What continues to motivate me, though, are the clients themselves—their courage, growth, and resilience deepen my passion for this work every day.
