Jessica Hansmann completed her Master of Science in Social Work degree at Columbia University. Jessica’s clinical training includes eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), cognitive and dialectical behavioral therapy (CBT/DBT), as well as exposure response prevention (ERP). Jessica also has experience treating various anxiety disorders in intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization programs, focusing on the integration and healing of the whole person. Her certification as a Level 3 Reiki Master also contributes to her holistic approach of anxiety treatment.
Jessica tailors her therapeutic method to meet the unique needs of each individual, incorporating internal family systems, mindfulness practices, yoga, and somatic work. Jessica has employed her non-judgmental approach with adults, families, and adolescents, helping them build self-acceptance, serenity, and empowerment through a compassionate and strengths-based approach.
