Julie takes a collaborative, systems-informed approach to care. She is committed to helping clients gradually face fears, strengthen resilience, and achieve meaningful, lasting progress. Outside of work, Julie enjoys traveling to watch her children play hockey and spending time outdoors.

Her Inspiration:

I’m inspired by the courage it takes for adolescents and families to face anxiety head‑on. Watching them reclaim parts of their lives they thought were out of reach is what keeps me committed to this work.
