Madi Geis brings experience supporting adolescents and young adults in outpatient and school-based settings to Anxiety Institute. She provides individual, group, and family therapy for clients with anxiety disorders, depression, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). Skilled in crisis intervention, Madi is trained in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), exposure response prevention, and mindfulness techniques. She takes a collaborative, relationship-centered approach, tailoring interventions to each client’s unique needs and cultural background.

Outside of work, Madi enjoys painting and reading, drawing on her creativity and love of learning to inform her work as a therapist.

Her Inspiration:

In high school, I worked with an exceptional therapist for my own anxiety. The strong therapeutic relationship we built while engaging in truly challenging work was life-changing. Now, I’m honored to help others create meaningful change in their own lives.
