Megan Barden brings over 15 years of experience supporting adolescents, young adults, and families across hospitals, residential programs, schools, and community mental health settings. She provides individual, group, and family therapy, helping clients manage anxiety, depression, identity concerns, life transitions, and family stress. Known for her compassionate and collaborative approach, Megan fosters connection, resilience, and lasting growth in every client she works with.
Outside of work, Megan enjoys spending time with her family and her dog, who remind her of the daily importance of presence, joy, and connection.

My early work in hospitals and residential programs inspired me to work with adolescents, young adults, and their families. I believe in the power of resilience and connection and strive to help each client uncover their strengths to build lasting wellness.
