Patricia Packard brings over 20 years of experience in assessment, treatment planning, risk evaluation, and crisis intervention for individuals with serious mental illness, trauma-related disorders, co-occurring conditions, and complex psychosocial stressors. She works with both children and adults, drawing on her extensive clinical background as well as her experience supervising clinicians and graduate-level interns and her role as an adjunct professor at Sussex County Community College.
Patricia’s clinical approach is grounded in evidence-informed, strengths-based, and trauma-responsive care. She emphasizes ethical practice, interdisciplinary collaboration, and individualized treatment planning to promote stability, recovery, and meaningful functional improvement.
