Nicole Gingerelli joins the Madison, NJ team after completing her clinical training at Anxiety Institute, bringing with her both continuity of care and a deep understanding of our unique clinical approach. Prior to rejoining Anxiety Institute, Nicole worked in both Partial Care and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) settings, providing treatment to children and adolescents experiencing anxiety, depression, and high-risk behaviors. Through this work, she gained valuable experience supporting clients and their families across varying levels of care and collaborating within multidisciplinary teams.

Nicole has clinical training in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT). She utilizes a strengths-based, person-centered approach and is passionate about integrating evidence-based modalities, including exposure and response prevention (ERP), to support meaningful and lasting change. Nicole is dedicated to helping adolescents and young adults build insight, strengthen coping skills, and feel empowered in navigating life’s challenges.

Outside of her clinical work, Nicole enjoys Pilates, spending time with family and friends, and practicing photography as a reflective and grounding outlet.

Her Inspiration:

Therapy played a crucial role in my life during a difficult period of anxiety and depression, helping me feel supported and regain a sense of stability. That experience now inspires me to walk alongside adolescents and young adults —helping them feel understood, build resilience, and move forward with confidence.
