Sarah Pauker has been working in mental health treatment since 2009, offering therapeutic support to children, adolescents, and adults. Before joining Anxiety Institute, she was a clinician at New York-Presbyterian Hospital in White Plains, NY. Sarah earned her Master’s Degree in Art Therapy and Counseling and completed clinical internships at Four Winds Hospital and FDR Veterans Hospital.
Specializing in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and exposure response prevention (ERP), Sarah integrates a holistic, person-centered approach with mindfulness, trauma-informed care, and creative modalities. A lifelong learner, she is trained in yoga, stress reduction, and EMDR, and is a certified Psychedelic Practitioner. Passionate about fostering resilience, she creates a supportive space for clients to build confidence, transform their lives, and achieve meaningful change.
Her Inspiration:
I have always been deeply inspired by the resilience that individuals demonstrate daily. I meet clients where they are and remain curious, working collaboratively with them to foster insight and to enable positive change. My hope is for clients to feel supported, challenged, and empowered to take steps toward transforming their lives.
